At Sursum Corda Classical School, music is not just another co-curricular or extra-curricular, but is integral to our program. Music is the third of four arts of the classical Quadrivium, or arts of mathematics. Music builds on the study of numbers in arithmetic, and combines number and time. Music is integral to the formation of student into a flourishing individual who can know and express what is good, true, and beautiful.
We endeavor to make music or instrument lessons available to every single student, not an additional cost or burden.
